Bigger resource icons?

Is there a way to make the resource icons on the city screen bigger? They're so teeny I can't tell at a glance what I have, I have to mouse over every single one.

There's a button on the lower right box that will show all resources by having those little callout balloons hover over each one. It's a bit awkward to see exactly where they point sometimes, but much better than a random mouseover.

I generally don't have a problem seeing resources on the world map. It's the list on the city screen that I can't see.
