Ruler of the Free World
I was recently looking around and found that you can have the origional background used for a lot of stuff throughout Civ4. It's found in assets\art\interface\screens\progressscreen\000.dds. I tried to make an image a while back to make up for this, but apparently, it's not necessary. Enjoy!
