Blue Marble on windows 7 ?

Hi all;

Does anyone know whether Blue Marble works with CIV 4 BTS on a Windows 7 32 bit pc.

I installed the 4.50 version, but it does not seem to do the job !!
Impossible or incorrectly installed ?

I run Windows 7-32 and the standard BAT with Blue Marble works for me; I have to run Civ as administrator, though.
