everytime I zoom out and go to a different part of the map, the ground textures look blurry. I always have to max zoom in to "refresh" them.
Is it maybe because of my CPU?
You mean they never become un-blurry if you wait? Because at first thought I wondered how slow your hard drive might be...though you do have a good amount of RAM, I was wondering if it had to do with swapping page files directly from a slow hard drive but if that's the problem it should clear up after a bit of time. I haven't noticed that on my tablet which has a 1.7Ghz i5 but I could double check it if you like.
