BMP to BIC converter for the Mac

Hi gang,

I'm not sure if this is best posted here or in the Mac forum, but I was wondering if anyone has a BMP to BIC converter for the Mac. I'm trying to convert this file from BMP to BIC for Vanilla Civ3 for my scenario.
