I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but how does the blockade work?
I was under the impression that was if a direct link to my cities (or in the waters connecting my cities).
In this screen shot--the barb trieme is not in that area but in another area off my coast. But he keeps blockading my city of Uitque.
Is this how it works? He just has to be somewhere in my area?
This is on Prince level, epic speed.
NOTE: Later in the game, I finally got some naval units and cleaned up the mess.
But I had taken the screenshot prior to that as I was curious about the blockade thing.
