Border Color

How do you change a empire border color? I did it some years ago but forgot how.

Its the <DefaultPlayerColor> tag in Civ4CivilizationInfos.xml. The different colours available are in CIV4PlayerColorInfos.xml.

Sorry that I waited so long to answer. I changed it a long time ago to red. The default color is shown on Civ4CivilizationInfos.xml, which is dark purple, even though it is showing in red in the game.
The CIV I am referring to is Julius Ceaser
