Borders

I love borders and territory, they make a lot of sense. However, the way that the AI only calls you up on crossing the borders really annoys me. I hate it how all of a sudden a massive armada from half way across the world shows up, after having crossed through five different nation's territory, and declares war on you for no good reason. It is REALLY annoying. It would be nice if in Civ IV the AI told other AIs where to shove their army.

Some good thing that would be good to appear in Civ IV is agreements to let ermies and naval units to get througth to the other border, or else the purchasement of other civ transports to travel througth they territory either by sea or by land....
