BTS crash when i end my turn

[Admiral Armada]

BTS 1.3 with Dales mod 1.3. I have had this issue several times before in other games, essentially i press end turn, and the game crashes. It only happens in the later eras, late industrial to modern, and there is no way that i can find to get around it.

To reproduce:
Load game, end turn.

If someone could try this and at least tell me if the same thing happens on their computer or not, that would be helpful too.

EDIT: I tried applying Buric's (sp?) patch, same result.
