BTS install problem

I recently loaded LoR "expansion" and it crashed my CIV IV BTS. I couldn't get it to open or run. So I uninstalled BTS and have tried to reinstall it.
When I do so, the intall fails about halfway through and I get the following message:

'Feature transfer error'
Feature: Warlords Component
File: E:\data2.cab
Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

Can anyone explain what this means and how to correct it?
