Installed civ4 complete edition on my new windows7 computer.
Applied patch 3.19 on BTS.
Everytime, when I start the game, after a normal load and a normal viewing of all the companies videos, there's a small lag (as if the music CD was jumping 3 times) before seeing the title menu.
This doesn't affect the game at all afterwards, it's just annoying and I'd like to fix that.
