[BTS] Turn Timer at 0:00:00 at game start

I'm hosting a new PitBoss game with the Turn Timer option checked and set to 24 hours. However, when I start the game, the timer sits at 0:00:00 and doesn't move at all.

This is my first PB game, so I'm not sure if this is standard behavior. Advanced Start is on, maybe that's doing it.

Yes, this is expected behavior. Once everyone does their first turn then things should proceed normally with the timer.
