Anyway, I found the answer I needed, htanks to Kael's video guide, I was looking for text, not video but he did a really great job for those who are just starting out! for this and everything else he's contributed to the CIV community he should get 40 acres and a mule, and mebbe a few rousing cheers from the rest of us!
