Bug: Dissapearing Space Ship

1 Turn to victory from spaceship, click next turn, PC moves all it chaps around.

then its my turn again but i have not won?
looking at the victory screen shows i have built no space ship parts

maybe this is just a one off or maybe its happened to others but i thought it was worth a mention

Isn't it mentioned somewhere that the space race is only won whenever your ship arrives at Alpha Centauri (as the first ship from Earth).

yes that is true, my ship was 80% there but then it dissapeared. and i know another civ did not beat me there else the game would have been over. But the game just carried on as though i had never built the ship.

Ah, that is a whole other story then.
You wouldn't happen to have the savegames of the before and after ?

Without screenshots are saves it's pretty hard to guess what might went wrong.
