Version: .1.217
Theocracy (Piety Policy)
Description: -25% unhappiness per population.
For India: -25% unhappiness per population. Sounds correct, but for India this only accounts for 0.125 less unhappiness per population, compared to other Civs' 0.25 less unhappiness per population.
Forbidden Palace (World Wonder)
Description: -25% unhappiness from number of city.
For India: -12.5% unhappiness from number of city. Sounds incorrect, but for India this has the same benefit of 0.5 less unhappiness per city as in other civs.
Now you can see the problem - India gets the worse deal in both cases. IMO, the game should be consistent. If they want to give India the same FLAT bonus as in other Civs, then Theocracy needs to receive 0.25 less unhappiness. If they want to give India the same PROPORTIONAL bonus as in other Civs, then the Forbidden Palace should give India -25% unhappiness from the number of cities, not 12.5%.
