I have a bug that appears whenever I load a game/ It seems to have started after I built the Sistine Chapel and now when I load a save my accumulated culture has multiplied by several hundred percent. It seems to be affected if I am in a GE or have won the Worlds Fair because I saved last night after winning it and had maybe 7200 culture now I have 72000!! 
Maybe there are some who would say "Woohoo! Free Policies! Fill all the trees!" but I find this annoying because I can't load without feeling like I'm cheating!
