[BNW] bug_report:wrong resource icon with "Improvement - Airbases"(related to DLL - Various Mod Component)

As the pic below,all resources icon has changed when i enable "Improvement - Airbases"(which is based on DLL - Various Mod Component).

My game environment is:
game version —— Civilization V 1.0.3.279
translation packet ——simple chinese,this should not matter .塞爱维&天邈文明5新奇世界汉化包v103276(20141028更新)
mod version —— v14
DVMC version —— v88
