Buying Civ4 and expansions online

I was wondering if anyone has any websites that sell Civ4 online. I have tried d2d but because I am studying in the Czech Republic it wont let me buy the game!! If it matters, I have the games back in the US so the files are on my computer so maybe I dont need to rebuy the game?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the game is installed on your PC but you don't have the disc then you could try downloading a no-cd crack. I don't think we are allowed to link to them here, but a google search should find something. Sorry if this isn't what you were looking for.

What if I purchased the Bts download from EB Games online, and downloaded it? Would it play no problem? Or do I still need Disc 1 in the CD drive for the expansion pack to function? Because my Disc 1 is kaput.
