Ok, I got Civ V for Christmas the year it came out. I know next to nothing on hardware and technology like this etc. My computer runs it but barely, I have to sit for a bit per turn and work on strategic view the whole time. But I am currently looking for a new computer that will at least allow me to run in world view and run smoothly. I am hopping for something above minimum but not supper powered. If anyone could suggest a whole computer in the price range of $500 to $1000 ( $1000 is stretching it a bit) or maybe a re-furbished one from somewhere that will work . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
