Playing as Theodora of Byzantium, I got a bonus belief when I founded my religion. When I later tried to enhance it, I could only choose one "Enhancer" belief, but the dialog box was expecting two (as per usual), so the "enhance religion" button was greyed out, the dialog wouldn't close and I couldn't continue the game.
