C3C Error 1305

I tried to install Civ 3 Complete but get this:

Error 1305.Error reading from file C:\Program Files\Civilization III Complete\Sounds\build\Middle Ages\MidNAFull.mp3. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Any suggestions or fixes for this problem? Thank you.

Go there, delete any signs of Civ 3, and try to install.

Does the file exist?

You could try reinstalling Civilization 3 Complete or copying that file from the CD

It's on disc 3, inside Data3.cab

The file is there but the system tells me it's in use when I try to delete it. I've made a copy of it but can't do anything since the system won't let me move or delete the file in the folder noted above.

No luck with unlocker. Civ3 support was not much help either. Nothing like wasting $20 on a game that won't even install. Good thing I have the basic Civ 3 (no expansions) a friend gave me to play. I don't believe I will tempt fate and waste anymore money on future upgrades of this game.
