I vote to end the game ... there is NO possibility of the Company winning becasue I would have to kill everyone and that is impossible due to Authorities being also on mainland!

It has been a blast and a good test of the early version ... perhaps the next version will address this unfortunate error by making it impossible to raze buildings.
