How far into this are you? What nation needs replacement? And, most importantly, does it mean I get to smack RJ around a bit if I join?

Well, if it's another slow poke with a turn or two a week I dunno.. All my other games are slow enough as it is, it kinda takes most of the fun out for me..

I think this game is doomed, unless Loulong comes along and kicks some butt to get things going again. I like and respect Lou, but I sometimes wish he would herd along his present PBEMS rather than starting new ones...

I could take this over but I never played the Napoleonic Scenario (I prefer classic and medieval history), hence don't expect me to cause too much trouble

@ classical_hero : well, PBEMs tend to do that to some players, especially when they are in many PBEMs. A bit rude to say the least :-(((

Hey gang,

Just got a PM from RJ, and am posting here at his request.

Looks like Lou has already resolved this one so I will not try to rejoin the game. I have been putting in 70+ hours at work and have not had the time to play PBEMs (even the Cage Match has gone temporarily silent). However, that is no excuse for my lack of communication here, and for that I apologize to each and every one of you.

I hereby declare myself PBEM Poison. Should my situation change and I am able to play PBEM games again, I will expect a thorough interrogation by all participants before I am allowed to join a game. I once again apologize for my lack of common courtesy to everyone involved.
