I would think that if everyone who is having problems calls tech support and asks them to walk you through your problems they would eventually get the idea. I don't think I have ever seen a game with so many people posting about problems this close to release. It seems that the devs can't make up their minds on what are the minimum requirements to run the game. When I say 'run the game' I mean being able to play it as we would any of the last 3 civs.
So, call tech support and make them spend money trying to help us play a game that we already gave them $40 for. Seems fair to me.

The opening videos play nicely. I can open any type of game. i have the fog of war and cheshire cat problems. After the patch I got the upper right corner of the map revealed. If I don't meet the min requirements then why don't they add it to the list of graphics cards that doesn't work?
