[CTP] Call to Power / Call to Power 2 Mod Downloads

Are the links to CTP and CTP2 Mods all redundant in the downloads section?

When trying to download a Mod for CTP2, e.g. The Ages Of Man IV , I select 'Go to Download' but then I get:

"The connection for this site is not secure
web.archive.org sent an invalid response."

Is this computer language for saying the download is now ancient and has been lost in the mists of time?

If so, is there somewhere new I can download Mods of CTP/CTP2 or am I just past it.

Download just worked fine for me, archive org were probably just down temporarily as they've been having a rough year lol. Or your browser is being over cautious and trying to protect you from something completely harmless that's merely committed the 'capital crime' of being old.

I'm still getting the problem.
Could you advise me on how to change my browser to be less cautious

I tried following Google but it gave me instructions "To change your browser security settings to allow a site that displays a "connection is not secure" warning, you can turn ON the 'Always use secure connections option in your browser". This seems counterintuitive.I tried turning it on and then off, and then downgrading my security to No Protection, but I still get the same error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection​

Hmm you've already tried my first suggestion so all I can suggest now is trying another browser. Works for me in Chrome, I also just tried in Firefox and it worked, and I tried in Microsoft Edge as well and it worked there too. Just for the hell of it I tried in Safari and interestingly that gave the unable to establish a secure connection error, however it's a 10 year old version.

The download link for me is working in Chrome. I have not controlled yet if the downloaded files are complete and are all working.
