Can´t play the game

Can anyone help!it is my firts time using CIV.
I have installed the game and when i go to the utturial the game stops. nothing runs not even the mouse. I have made all up grades and everything you say here to do but nothing solves my problem. I will attatch the DxDiag.txt

PLEASE HELP !!!!!

You dont meet the minimum requirements for the game.

You need a 64mb card with Hardware T and L

Before giving up, some things to try:
- patch the game to v1.61.
- try some other graphics drivers
- reinstall latest directX
- lower graphic options (resolution to 1024/768, details low, turn off movies, animations,...)
- turn off audio in the ini file (EnableAudio=0)
