Can anyone plz check out my modded files? Im lost

Oh my god im exhausted. I have been trying and trying and my stuff wont work. Why do i get the blue background color behind my modded cities? When you play the game it turns all black. You cant even see the cities. I tried the step by step Gimp tutorial but i get the same problem. I opened other PCX files and mine looks like them, but it fails to properly work like them.

I GOT IT!!!!! OMG!!!! My transparent colors were wrong... I had blue and green on the background and Gimp was set up to have Green and magenta. I set it up to blue and magenta and painted all the background magenta as the game's original files would have it in a last desperate attempt and it worked lol. All i needed was the right matching colors I had blue and my transparent was magenta lolz, or at least i think thats what it was.
