Can I import a map to my Mac?

Hi all

Having recently re-discovered my love for this great gem, being frustrated by the slowness and passivity of the younger sibling, I am now looking to try to play with some fun maps.

I tried to download the (see link below) up-scaled Europe map, but it comes in a exe file. After reading around on the forum, I cannot find a way around this. Could anyone help a fellow out please?

It's just a zip file - but I admit knowing nothing of Macs.

In any case, here it is unpacked.

It's a Civ4 Map. If you want to use it with BtS, just rename the extension of the file from .Civ4WorldBuilderSave to .CivBeyondSwordWBSave.

Or is this also forbidden on a Mac?...
