can not see installed mods

Hi guys...

I know this has been posted before, but i havent found any solution yet.

I download mods, they install fine (as I can see in MODS folder, they are extracted into their own folder), but none is visible in the game, even ones I built.

Tried reinstalling, on C: etc... nothing helps...

Did you install the mods in-game? Or by extracting the package directly on the mods folder?

Is your mods folder within the MyGames/Sid Meier's civ5 or you installed it on the game folder?

Mods are installed in-game, into .../MyGames/Sid Meier's civ5/MODS folder

What do you mean by "... none is visible in the game..."? The only mods "visible" in the game are the ones you activate. Did you check the activate button for the mod(s) you want in your game?

I can not see any mods in the installed tab of mod browser, except for those two scenarios that came with the game. After downloading mod and clicking install mods button, they do not show up. But they are in the MODS folder, and they are installed (unzipped into each own folder).

Hmmmmmm ... well I've used up all my knowledge & experience and don't know the answer; wish I did!

I've had semi-good luck requesting technical help from the folks at 2K. It takes a day or so for them to acknowledge your request, but after that they post their guidance every few hours 'til the problem is solved. To request 2K help, go here
