I lost to an AI's religious victory, got the defeat screen, then clicked "one more turn...." and kept on playing, trying to get the tourism goal for a cultural victory. To my surprise I was actually awarded the victory upon reaching that point, even getting achievements for it.
Can still win the game after losing

What?! How can this be a bug -- it looks SO much like a FEATURE!
