Can window positions be changed?

Any way to change display windows positions? I have a large monitor and my mouse needs to call an Uber to get to the other side of the screen. I posted a few screens detailing the issue. I can't program anything more complex than a batch file (in CLI, using only the 8 cmds I know), lol.

That's 28 Inches apart...

Sadly you point to most of the very few screen elements, which are set by the exe and can't be modded. There is currently no known way to move those windows. If we had better controls over those, we would have increased the size of the popup window ages ago.

I'm way out of my element here, so please feel free to point and laugh if I'm way off base, but is messing with the exe violating the copyright?

They officially stopped supporting it with updates in 2009, so it's likely pointless to even ask.
