Cannot log on to steam to change lost password

Hallo! This is obviously a Steam support question, but since I cannot log in to Steam, or get a new password, I stuck.


Here's the thing. I lost my password, and they sent me a reset email with a validation code and a secret question. Problem is, the question was in swedish with swedish letters, and those are not recognized by the password reset dialogue. Thus, the question is reported as wrong. And there is a moment 22 because I cannot ask about resetting the password because I cannot reset the password. Can anyone help?

Steam support is separated from Steam itself, it means that you got to create another account for steam support, from there you may get a ticket so they can help you.

Have you tried to change the Steam language to Swedish or whatever?

Oh. Then I will try to aquire the rights to use Steam support in order to try to aquire the rights to use Steam.

When I click the Steam icon all I get is a login dialogue. As far as I know, I cannot access any kind of options screen.
