Cannot Pillage Tundra Improvements

I cannot pillage my own improvements such as roads on tundra (I am only sure for the ones in my own borders). Does this happen to anyone else?

It's bothersome because I want to the forests to spread to those useless tundra tiles that aren't beside a river so I can put some forest preserves or lumbermills on them.

You can't destroy roads within your culture anywhere, tundra or not.

If you want to change this, that's a request for improvement, not a bug report.

Ah, I see. I thought since I am able to pillage non-road improvements such as workshops and cottages, I would be able to do the same with roads.

Oh well.

Also forest doesn't spread to tundra (at least in Warlords..maybe with Preserves it might now)

I know for sure it spreads with forest preserves ... unless I was imagining that last game. Without the preserves, I don't know.

And the roads won't matter anyway.
