Can't Cancel Open Borders??

Hi,

I've got a really big neighbor I want to take down, but realize that I've got an Open Borders agreement with them. Is there really no way I can cancel the Open Borders agreement and make a DOW on them until the Open Borders times out?

Open borders shouldn't prevent you from declaring war. Attack a city or go into diplo screen and declare formally.

I did learn once when surrounding one of America's cities that if you abuse OB to setup your units in their borders upon DOW they get pushed back out.

If I go the the Diplomacy screen, the Declare War button is greyed out and it says I can't declare war because an agreement is in place. I check my Trades, and see that the only agreement I have with them is Open Borders. And I of course can't attack etc. because of the Open Borders.

Might be the unending peace bug, did you have a peace treaty with them before? You're on a mac if I recall from another thread and don't have the patch, right?
