Can't figure out how to download mods with new patch

This may be a question with a simple answer that I'm overlooking, but can anyone tell me how to download mods in the Steam Workshop, or whatever that thing is called?Ever since this new patch came out for Civ5 vanilla I can't figure out how to download mods.

I can't seem to find a download button anywhere!

Subscribe the mod in Steam Workshop

Then boot up CiV. Go to the Mods section, you should see the mod in the list.
