Can't find a good Terrain Mod pack

Hello All,

As time progresses more mods for this game seem to be dead links:/ I'm looking for a good mine/camp mod and a good railroad/road mod. any recommendations that are active?

What have you looked at so far? Did you look through this section already?

CFC-user @Pounder did quite a lot along those lines, and as far as I know a lot of his(?) stuff was/is uploaded/stored directly to CivFanatics itself. Even if the 'Download from external site' button doesn't work in the Resource Manager section, the direct download (from CFC) might take you to the latest version of the file, if it was attached within the announcement thread (if the Modder made one of those), like this:
