Can't find bink232.dll!!!

Hello!

I managed to uninstall both Civ III and Conquests by way of a System Restore, but now upon trying to reinstall Conquests again it tells me that it cannot find bink232.dll! Can anybody help me?

Thanks, got the Bink file, but where do I install it to, in order to make it work?
