Can't find Civ3 v1.22 Patch

I've recently re-installed Civ3 Conquests after taking a long break from the game, but I can't find the v1.22 patch. I have checked Firaxis's website, as well as the official Civilization website, but when I find the link, it always takes me to this page:

Since I can't seem to find any other place to download the patch after a search of both these forums and Google (all the reputable sites I find take me back to that page), I'm wondering if there is any other place where I can download the patch. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
