Can't install civ 4

i try to install the game and after i click install and the installshield load bar comes up i get an error from install shield:

error number: 0x80040702
Failed to load DLL: DSETUP
how do i fix this?
itried to delete the professional file in installshield but to no avail. have the most updated video drivers Geforce 5900xt

can anyone help?
