cant Install

Anyone have any knowledge of a :feature Transfer error?... which looks like this...
Feature: Default Feature
Component: Civ4 component
File: H:\data2.cab
Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

I cant get 30 seconds into the Instsllation before thiis error pops up and causes the program to abort..

I would relly like to get this worked out....
