[Col] cant mount C: correctly with dosbox for Colonization

I am not typing the proper command info to mount the c drive in order to play colonization

I have dosbox and colonization downloaded and have played it on this same pc a few years ago.
I cannot for the life of me get the c drive mounted to recognize colonization and run it by typing COLONIZE

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
