Can't turn off "follow enemy moves" option

Whether the option is checked or not, the camera seems to follow the moves of enemy units every turn.

ever find a solution to this ? - sounds similar to a problem i got !

Not sure, if by enemy units you mean just AI or actual "at war" with AI units.

Try turning off friendly moves as well, if you mean "enemy" as just
"peace with" AI.
