Capping Era lvl ?

I'd love to play a game of civ where the technology tree only extends to a certain era, such as medieval or industrial. Is this possible ? I play Civ V on mac, can I mod it somehow ?

I agree, I think they had something like this in Rise of Nations. My favorite eras are the classical age and the medieval ages but they seem to go a bit too quickly.

Real era stop is the name of the mod you’re looking for, works great for vanilla. The author is currently trying to figure out how to get it to work with RF.
