A new button on the carrier control panel.
Air Patrols - on/off - Carrier uses planes to scout and gather intelligence.
When the carrier has multi-turn move orders, the planes will scout automatically before the carrier moves. If such intelligence is possible to code, then the carrier would use planes to scout ahead. If the carrier is stationary, and Air Patrols are on, then the planes will scout when the unit moves are finalized after the end turn button is pushed.
The carrier might also scout new land tiles if it still has available planes.
