Cd Disk #2 broken

I really love this game but i kind of screwed up my installed version on my hard drive. I can not reinstall this game because my #2 cd disk is kind of scratched. Short of my buying another disk it will not work. I tryed bad-cd repair and found out that i was missing about 11MB's of data and it will not install. Can any1 help me out what to do?

Maybe you could ask for a disk replacement at the store or at Firaxis?
