Changing a player password?

I'm playing a rather large Civ4 pitboss game at work and one player foolishly gave another player their civs password. As this is a long term game it would be best to have this player be able to change their password to something new to re-esstablish the games balance.

In short: Is there a way for a existing Pitboss game to for someone to change their civs password?

Basically all you need to do is to have that player play the game, then retire from the civ and then get the spot again with a new password.
