I entered the editor and I add gold to my capital, but when I entered another civs capital I see the same amount of money I have.
Is this normal?
Another, I entered the choc... (ops I can't remeber) cheat in the .ini file, what this action enable?
The last thing, when in the game I press SHIFT+4 my money increase by 1000.. this is due to the cheats and the other civs also gain them?
