Changing Langauge of .SAV

I'm playing in a succession game (SGFN-04), and one of our players is not a native English speaker. Accordingly, he played the game in Spanish. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to change the language back to English. While much of the game is still playable, it is inconvenient. Even the Civilopedia is in Spanish, and it is hard for me to understand at a glance what unit is being built in each town.

Can anyone help with this?

If it matters, I am playing C3C for Mac.
