Changing Leader traits

Is it possible to change leader traits simply? eg. change Elizabeth to philosophical/industrious. In fact there are a few more combinations I would like to try that aren't covered in the present trait set. I have an XML editor and feel comfortable editing asset files.

I have a mod that I made adding a new trait, and changing Elizabeth and Isabella to Seafaring, the new trait I made. It is actually wuite easy once you figure it out. The link is in my sig, and you may want to cheack it over to seehow I did it.
