Chatting - pressing Enter

Is there a bug in the game where pressing Enter in the chat box does not display the message you typed? I was in the multiplayer lobby trying to write messages but pressing Enter was not doing anything, thus my messages were not entered. Anyone familiar with this?

Restarting fixed it...

I'm still having this problem. And the only way to fix it is to restart. Anyone aware of this?
